Q1. Is the color of the garment exactly as I see it on my computer monitor?

A. Not necessarily. The Studio Lighting we use to photograph the garment is the best on the market, as is our digital camera. However, studio lighting will sometimes make colors appear slightly different than they really are (sometimes brighter or in a different shade). The settings on your computer monitor are also a factor; different monitors may show different shades for the same item.

Q2. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. We will ship all orders within four weeks of receiving your payment.  On average most orders take 5-10 business days for delivery.   Your ordered items may come from different warehouses so please allow an extra time to receive your full order in case we have to consolidate your order to ship you once.  All Exchange items would take longer than normal order processing time. However, you can always track your shipment online.

A. If we are out of a product, we will not substitute, unless we are advised by the consumer to do so. We give it our best effort to contact you to let you know that it is not in stock and give you the option of backordering or simply canceling the order. Once you place the order we would send you the mail in the next 24 hours.

Q15. How to select a perfect corset size?

A. All of our corsets are measured in even sizes. Take your measurements in centimeters or in inches, measure around the fullest part of your bust, the narrowest part of your waist (exactly at the belly button) and around the fuller part of your hips. Also check for your bra cup size in certain CORSETS having CUPS. Make sure not to pull the measuring tape tightly.

We are offering a wide and unique range of CORSETS having 4 inch back lacing margin, this will allow you to tight it up to your desired width to shape your body perfectly.

Corset sizes are different from your actual body sizes. Please read carefully the instructions mentioned below for HOW TO SELECT A PERFECT CORSET SIZE:

• For example: If you have Bust of 36 inches and a Waist of 28 inches, then you should choose a size 24 which has the fully laced corset measurement of 24 Inches waist and 32 Inches Bust, thus giving your body a 4" margin to tight it up to your desired width to shape your body perfectly. SEE SIZE CHART BELOW .
• If you have size which lies in between please send us your measurement and we would recommend you your desired size.
• If your body measurements are custom, please inform us and we will make a custom sized corset for you.

  If you require fewer margins than 4" in the corsets you order from us. Please let us know and we would recommend you the right size.

Q16. My measurements are totally out of your REGULAR SIZE CHARTS?

A. If your body measurement does not match our regular sizing, we recommend you choose CUSTOM SIZE and we will make one for you.

Q17. Why End Cart redirects to home page?
